WHOLE UNIT REFURBISHMENT

Nestled in the harbourside eastern suburb of Sydney, this unit was a full renovation and needed complete remodelling due to it not being touched in over 40 years. The home offers astonishing views and is surrounded by picturesque ocean scenery from every window.

Level Built worked closely with the clients and interior designer to successfully transform the outdated space into a luxury residence that caters to a family living space. The clients were semi-retired and wanted to create their dream home as a place to relax and entertain their family.

The project’s conception combined traditional and modern elements into the construction and interior design to effectively reflect the client’s taste. The combination of brass and gold fixtures and hardware added a sense of drama and character that aid the custom-home aesthetic. Large two-piece wall-hung lighting features and different chandeliers inside each room, aiding the luxury and aesthetics.

The transformation of their dated U-shaped kitchen into a modern and elegant entertaining kitchen was the highlight of the renovation. Inspired by a classic Hamptons style, with generous storage space of seamless glass front cabinets, cup handles and feature wall, this is a stunning seaside entertainer. A cosy, warm, yet luxurious residence was designed and built with exceptional craftsmanship, leading to a uniquely designed, award-winning home.
