This ideal family home entertainer is exclusively situated in an idyllic and prestigious Sydney location. Level Built team completely transformed and modernised the astonishing 985 SQM space. It included five bedrooms, six bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and lounge room areas, as well as generous covered entertainment area, storage areas, office areas, a full-sized laundry and a swimming pool.

The floor plan was transformed as an open-concept living space with the large L-shaped kitchen, dining, living and entertainment area effortlessly flowing together. A timeless design scheme was achieved with an all white palette in creating a minimalist and luxurious kitchen through floor to ceiling sleek cabinetry and subway tile splashback. An exquisite marble island plays a hero in the centre of the kitchen, in addition with an adjoining butler’s pantry that can be accessed from two entries.

Grey takes centre in the bathrooms utilising high contrast between the various shades translating into elegance. A modern vanity spans the entire width of this room paired with a frame less mirror covering the whole wall. Glass door affords a beautiful connection with nature and the outdoors, creating increased natural light to enter the space.
